If you were around Kendrick Family Ballpark for the Morgantown Regional, you likely saw the WV Sports Nation bus. It was parked right across the street from the ballpark. The bus served as a media hub and a dedicated outlet covering the West Virginia Mountaineers as they strive for a third consecutive Super Regional appearance. Read more: The WV Sports Nation bus: A rolling hub of Mountaineer pride.
The bus is not just any promotional vehicle. Publisher John Fredericks hosts a live pre-game show on the bus prior to first pitch, which you can check out here. Also, be sure to download our app at WVSportsNation.com/app.
What the bus represents
Fans flocked to it throughout the weekend as they were entering and leaving the ballpark. They were snapping photos and soaking in the pre-game atmosphere as Morgantown was buzzing with excitement.
It is brought to you by our sponsors, which are featured prominently on the sides of the bus.
