Head coach Mark Kellogg will lead the helm for his fourth season.

Men’s Soccer

No. 13 WVU Men’s Soccer will finish its season the first week of November. It has just one more game left in the regular season.

WVU will travel to Harrisonburg, Virginia for its final game of the season.

  • No. 13 WVU @ JMU – November 3 @ 7 p.m.

The Sun Belt Men’s Soccer tournament begins on November 8 and runs through November 15. The first round of the NCAA Tournament begins November 19 and concludes in December.

The Sun Belt regular season championship is between WVU, JMU, and Marshall. WVU must win over JMU, and Marshall will need to lose or tie to claim it. If all three tie or Marshall wins, the Thundering Herd will claim it. JMU needs a win and a Marshall loss.

Women’s Soccer

WVU Women’s Soccer’s regular season also comes to an end the first week of November. It also has one game remaining.

The Mountaineers lost its Top 25 ranking at the end of October after a three-game slide. It holds a 4-4-2 conference record and a 9-4-3 record overall.

WVU will travel to Cincinnati, Ohio for its final game of the season.

  • WVU @ Cincinnati – November 5 @ 7 p.m.

Should WVU Women’s Soccer claim a spot, it will begin the Big 12 Tournament on November 9. The tournament runs through November 14. The first round of the NCAA tournament begins on November 20 and concludes in December.

The Mountaineers currently hold the No. 8 seed in the Big 12 Tournament. A win over Cincinnati is crucial to keeping its spot in the tournament.

A loss would give Arizona State or Oklahoma State a shot at taking it’s spot. If it ties Cincinnati and Arizona State wins, it could also lose its spot. A win is the only way the Mountaineers can comfortably stay alive.

Volleyball

WVU Volleyball will play its final eight matches of the regular season this month.

Currently, the Mountaineers are 4-6 in conference play and 11-9 overall. It’s already had a better season than it did this past season.
